Yellow House, Hood Canal WA Dive Day!

Join us as for fun dives at the Yellow House in Hood Canal, WA! The Yellow House, aka the Diver's Inn, is a three story vacational rental home that boasts a progressing dive site directly across the highway from the house. In addition to a pvc pipe buoyancy course and diver friendly dive site navigation ropes this site has a number of small wrecks and other underwater objects that have become home to many of the Northwest's fun critters. Divers interested in diving at Sund Rock, may also do so as that site is less than 10 minutes from the house.
Dive Site Meet time: 10am
Dive Time: 11am -3pm Underwater Pumpkin Carving will be briefed at 12pm
Underwater Pumpkin Carving: 12pm -1pm Interesting in carving a pumpkin underwater? Top three pumpkins as voted on by our divers will be awarded prizes. Divers need to bring their own pumpkins for carving.
Daytripper Info:
Daytripper fee is only $10 per diver per day and includes use of the house amenities such as the dive gear drying room, covered gear up area, wetsuit/drysuit diver clad accessible bathroom, hot tub, and more. Divers interested in staying for the weekend, the Yellow House is FULL. Additional divers are staying at the Glen Ayr.
Meals: All divers are welcome to partake in weekend meals at $5 a meal per person. We have a dedicated chef coordinating all meals!
Location/Directions: Take I-5 North to Exit 104, Port Angeles / Ocean Beaches . Drive 5.8 miles and turn right at the Highway 101/Highway 8 junction toward Shelton and Port Angeles. Continue north on Highway 101 and just after the green "Entering Hoodsport" sign you will see the the Yellow House directly on the left side of the Highway. Please reference the image above to identify the house. Please think about carpooling and be reminded that we have a number of divers up for the weekend so be mindful of parking. No parking is allowed directly in front of the barn as that has been reserved for staff trucks.
